RSWM MD Re-appointment & JMD Remuneration Revision

RSWM Limited re-appointed Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala as Managing Director for three years effective May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2029.
Revision in remuneration of Shri Rajeev Gupta (DIN: 02049516), Joint Managing Director, was also approved via postal ballot.
Both changes were disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, following postal ballot results on March 27, 2026.
