  • Continuation of existing managerial remuneration to Sh. Deepan Garg (DIN: 01593003), Whole-Time Director designated as Co-Chairman & Director Technical, for the remaining tenure of one year from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027
  • Continuation of existing managerial remuneration to Smt. Ruchica Garg Kumar (DIN: 09705909), Whole-Time Director designated as Director Marketing, for the remaining tenure of one year from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027
  • Continuation of existing managerial remuneration to Sh. Daljeet Singh Mandhan (DIN: 02633421), Whole-Time Director designated as Director Commercial, for the remaining tenure of one year from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027

All three remuneration continuations are subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Director Re-appointment

  • Re-appointment of Sh. Vipin Gupta (DIN: 05107366) as Whole-Time Director, to be designated as CFO & Executive Director for a period of five years from 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2031
  • Remuneration payable to him to be fixed, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting
