Current Status and Next Steps
The Company is presently awaiting receipt of the formal/certified copy of the order pronounced by the Hon'ble NCLT. Upon receipt of the order, the Company shall take all necessary steps and make requisite filings/intimations with the Stock Exchange(s) and other applicable statutory and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable provisions of law.
The Company will provide further information and disclosures as required under SEBI Listing Regulations upon receipt of the formal order and completion of consequential statutory compliances.
