Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until 11th November, 2026. This closure period accounts for the results declaration on 7th November, 2026.
