Rudrabhishek Enterprises JV Gem Ecomind Incorporated

Rudrabhishek Enterprises subsidiary RIPL executed a JV agreement with Gem Enviro Management to form Gem Ecomind Limited.
The JV company was incorporated on April 20, 2026, with an authorized capital of ₹1 crore and paid-up capital of ₹50 lakh.
Rudrabhishek Enterprises invested ₹24.5 lakh for a 49% stake in the JV, which will provide sustainability technology solutions.
The investment does not qualify as a related party transaction for Rudrabhishek Enterprises under SEBI Listing Regulations.
