Ruparel Food Products Appoints Monali Thaker Compliance Officer

Ruparel Food Products Limited has appointed Ms. Monali Thaker (Membership Number: M-A53871) as Compliance Officer of the company with effect from July 15, 2026. The appointment was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Ms. Thaker is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and possesses professional experience of more than 8 years in the areas of Secretarial and Compliance. The term and conditions of her appointment were decided by the Board of Directors.
