The Russian Export Center (REC), a state institution under the VEB.RF Group that supports non‑resource, non‑energy exports, announced that the Made in Russia international export forum will be held on 16 November 2026 at the National Centre RUSSIA in Moscow. The forum’s core theme will be high‑tech, with a dedicated track to promote Russian innovations, facilitate international cooperation in innovation, and showcase knowledge‑intensive products.

REC opened its first permanent Made in Russia national pavilion in India on 21 August 2026, located in Navi Mumbai. This eighth pavilion abroad will feature Russian companies such as MAKFA, United Confectioners and Miratorg. By year‑end, REC plans to pilot Made in Russia shelves in Indian retail outlets. In September, REC organised a business mission for 23 Russian firms at INNOPROM India in New Delhi, and a May‑2026 business programme in Mumbai resulted in export agreements with a potential value exceeding $15 million.

According to India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry, bilateral trade between India and Russia rose 24.3 % year‑on‑year to $47.7 billion in the January–July 2026 period, underscoring the growing commercial ties that the forum aims to deepen.

The 2026 forum agenda will focus on foreign economic activity priorities, including scaling supplies of high‑tech products, integrating Russian firms into global value chains, and seeking partners for joint innovation projects. Discussions will also address geopolitical shifts affecting trade, the evolution of global supply chains, mechanisms to boost export potential of small and medium‑sized enterprises, financing for foreign economic activity, and the adoption of modern digital solutions.

Participants will include representatives of federal and regional authorities, the business community, banks, export support centres, industry associations, trade groups, foreign delegations, financial institutions, logistics companies, and leading exporters. Direct B2B meetings will be a key component.

During the forum, REC will host a Made in Russia exhibition at the National Centre RUSSIA, presenting cutting‑edge technology solutions from Russian regions in medicine, robotics, industry and IT. An interactive zone will display products ready for international markets.

The previous edition attracted delegations from more than 100 countries, featured 18 multi‑format events, and had 140 leading speakers, among them Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Over 500 B2B meetings were conducted, and online broadcasts generated more than 6.3 million impressions.

REC provides financial and non‑financial assistance throughout the export process under the national project "International Cooperation and Exports," with services accessible via the My Export digital platform (Gosuslugi VED). The REC Group includes the Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXIAR), Roseximbank, and the REC Export School.
