Meeting Details
The 23rd Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday, 25th August 2026 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The registered office of the Company at World Trade Center, Tower A, 6th to 9th Floor, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi-110029 was deemed as the venue. The meeting concluded at 11:44 A.M.
Proceedings Overview
The meeting was chaired by Shri Saleem Ahmed, Chairman & Managing Director. 117 members (including authorized representative of President of India) attended and participated. The quorum as required under the Companies Act was present throughout the meeting. The Chairman's Statement apprised members of the financial and physical performance for FY 2025-26, SPV details, human resource development, CSR, MoU performance, corporate governance, and future outlook.
Proposed Resolutions and Implications
The following businesses were proposed as per the notice:
1. Adoption of audited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for FY ended 31st March 2026 along with Board's Report, Auditor's Report, C&AG comments and management replies

Voting Process
Remote e-voting facility was provided through CDSL Portal from Saturday, 22nd August 2026 (09:00 AM IST) to Monday, 24th August 2026 (05:00 PM IST). Facility for e-voting was also provided during the AGM for members who did not cast votes through remote e-voting. M/s. Sinha & Srivastava LLP was appointed as scrutinizer to scrutinize both remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM in a fair and transparent manner. The e-voting facility remained open for 15 minutes after conclusion of the meeting.
Compliance Confirmation
The meeting was called, convened, held and conducted as per provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant circulars issued by SEBI and MCA. The statutory registers required during AGM were made available for inspection on RVNL's website.
Additional Information
The result of remote e-voting and voting at AGM shall be notified to Stock Exchanges and hosted on company website within two working days of conclusion of AGM. Shareholders raised queries on future prospects, new business opportunities, ESG rating, share price movement, women empowerment initiatives, operating margins, order book position, project completion status, and CSR initiatives relating to old-age homes.
