RVNL has disclosed a change in its senior management personnel in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30).
Key Personnel Change
Shri Ashutosh Gautam, Executive Director (Highway)/RVNL, has been relieved from the services of the company effective 19th October 2026 (forenoon) to enable him to assume charge as Director (Projects) at NBCC (India) Limited. Consequently, he ceases to be part of the senior management of RVNL from this date.
Approval Authority
The relief was consequent upon approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for his appointment to NBCC (India) Limited, and in pursuance of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Order No. 0-17034/13/2020-PS (9088301) dated 19.10.2026.
Operational Impact
Following his relieving, all highway projects will be handled by the respective original Executive Directors. The work pertaining to PMG will be looked after by ED (Planning & Projects) as stipulated in GGM/P&CC Office Order No. 50/2026 dated 15.10.2026.
Administrative Requirements
Shri Gautam is required to submit a Charge Relinquishment Report to HR, Corporate Office, RVNL, and intimate the date of assumption of charge at NBCC to facilitate issuance of his Last Pay Certificate. He must also submit No Dues Certificate, details of assets handed over, and complete APARs of officers reporting to him.
