Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) received a Letter of Award from South Central Railway for an overhead equipment (OHE) system upgrade.
The contract, valued at Rs. 242.5 crore, involves upgrading the existing 1x25kV system to a 2x25kV AT feeding system.
The project covers 154 route kilometers and must be completed within 24 months.
The company stated the order is in the normal course of its business and is not a related party transaction.
