Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a ₹244.32 crore traction system upgrade project from West Central Railway.
The contract involves design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 132kV/55kV traction sub-stations and switching posts.
The project execution timeline is 18 months and is classified as a domestic, non-related party transaction in the normal course of business.
