Sā – The House of Shubhashish signed a development agreement for a premium residential project in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
The project is projected to generate about ₹500 crore revenue and is slated for launch in Q3 of the financial year, pending approvals.
Executive Director & CEO Mohit Jajoo highlighted Malviya Nagar as Jaipur’s emerging downtown and emphasized a design‑led, differentiated luxury offering.
Founder & Chairman J.K. Jajoo said the group aims to create landmark luxury developments focused on quality and customer delight.
