SAB Events Shareholders Approve Two Independent Directors

SAB Events shareholders approved the appointment of Anurag Mishra and Neha Kothari as Non-Executive Independent Directors for 5-year terms via postal ballot.
The e-voting process conducted from March 18 to April 16, 2026, saw 67 shareholders participate with 34.24 lakh votes cast representing 32.66% of outstanding shares.
Both special resolutions passed with overwhelming majority support of 99.95% in favor and only 0.05% against from public non-institutional shareholders.
Scrutinizer Bhavesh Chheda certified the e-voting process as fair and transparent with no invalid votes recorded across both resolutions.
