Safari Industries Changes RTA to MUFG Intime

Safari Industries notified stock exchanges of its RTA change from Adroit Corporate Services to MUFG Intime India.
The change was confirmed by both NSDL and CDSL with electronic connectivity effective from 21st April 2026.
Adroit ceased RTA functions and MUFG Intime commenced operations from 21st April 2026.
Company will separately intimate exchanges upon signing tripartite agreement between both RTAs and company.
