A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th May 2026. The primary agenda is to consider, discuss and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026.
The company has implemented a trading window closure for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window has been closed since 1st April 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results are communicated to the stock exchanges and made available to the general public.
