  • The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 10th July, 2026 at 3:30 PM
  • The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means
  • Record date fixed as 3rd July, 2026 for determining shareholders eligible for dividend proposed to be declared at the AGM
  • Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 4th July, 2026 to 10th July, 2026 (both days inclusive)

Purpose and Impact

  • The closure period (July 4-10, 2026) is for determining shareholders eligible for voting at the AGM
  • The record date (July 3, 2026) is for determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend, if declared at the AGM
  • Notice of the AGM will be sent to shareholders and others entitled to receive it in due course
