Sagility Final Dividend FY26 Payment Update

Final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share of face value ₹10 each fully paid up declared for financial year ended March 31, 2026
Dividend was declared at the 5th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, August 20, 2026
Record date for dividend entitlement was Friday, August 7, 2026
Dividend payment has been processed for shareholders with updated bank account details with their Depository Participants
Dividend payments were rejected for shareholders whose bank details were incomplete or incorrect in depository records
Dividend has been withheld pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dividend payments can only be made through electronic modes of payment; payable-at-par warrants/demand drafts have been discontinued

Shareholders must update KYC details including bank account details and email ID with their Depository Participant
Shareholders must provide self-attested copy of updated Client Master List, duly certified by their DP, to RTA MUFG Intime India Private Limited
Upon receipt and verification of documents, withheld dividend will be credited to updated bank accounts

Company will electronically file TDS return for quarter ended September 30, 2026 (July 2026 to September 2026)
TDS return filing due date: October 31, 2026
Filing will be done in accordance with Income-tax Act, 2025 and Income-tax Rules, 2026
Soft copy of TDS certificate will be sent to registered email addresses after filing
Members can view TDS credit in Form 168 after October 31, 2026 through Income Tax Portal or TRACES account
