Sagility India Recognised in Great Place to Work Rankings
Sagility India Limited has been ranked 57th among Asia’s Best Workplaces 2026 in the Large Companies category by Great Place to Work, based on confidential employee feedback collected from more than 3.8 million individual responses representing nearly 8.9 million employees across the region. The same assessment placed Sagility 11th among India’s Best Companies to Work For 2026.
The ranking methodology evaluates workplace experience across trust, innovation, company values and leadership. Across the 100 organisations recognised in the Large Companies segment, 34 operate in India. Overall sentiment among employees at the Best Workplaces in Asia remained high at 93 %, while the Trust Index Grand Mean stood at 91 %. More than 95 % of respondents reported positive feelings on safety, inclusion, fairness and pride in belonging.
Sagility’s own workforce has grown to over 22,000 employees in India and more than 49,000 globally. The company’s people‑centric initiatives include the STRIDE, PACE and STEP leadership development programmes, the S.H.E. Leads programme for junior and mid‑level women, employee resource groups such as S.H.E. Circle and Abilities Circle, the Wonder of Wellness initiatives, a Healthcare Academy, regular employee surveys, hobby clubs and a hybrid work model.
