Sahyadri Industries Postal Ballot for Director Appointments

Sahyadri Industries seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot for the appointment of Mr. Sunil Suratwala as a new Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term.
The company also proposes the re-appointment of Mrs. Moushmi Shaha as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from 22nd July 2026.
E-voting for the resolutions commences on 24th May 2026 and concludes on 22nd June 2026, with results to be declared by 24th June 2026.
