Sai Life Sciences allotted 92,000 equity shares upon exercise of employee stock options under its ESOP 2008 and MESOP 2018 plans.
The allotment was approved by the board on 14 May 2026, generating total proceeds of INR 74.63 lakh from the exercise.
Shares were allotted at three different exercise prices: Rs. 188.90, Rs. 127.30, and Rs. 23.30 per share.
The company's total issued share capital increased to 212,115,515 shares of Re. 1 each as a result of this allotment.
