Sai Life Sciences announced its Bidar campus runs entirely on renewable electricity, the first Indian CRDMO site to achieve 100% renewable power.
Renewable share rose from 21% in 2020 to 89% in FY2024, aiming conversion by FY2026 with 97% solar‑wind power and 3% I‑RECs.
The company reports that 80% of its electricity now comes from renewables, achieving zero market‑based Scope 2 emissions and avoiding about 35,110 tCO₂ annually.
