Mr. Matte Koti Bhaskara Teja has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited. His resignation was tendered via letter dated September 16, 2026, and was acknowledged by the company on the same date. The resignation is effective immediately from September 16, 2026.
Reason for Resignation
The resignation was submitted "in view of pursuing new professional opportunities." Mr. Teja has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter.
Regulatory Compliance Impact
Consequent to this resignation, there will be a change in authorization of Key Managerial Personnel under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations. Moving forward, the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company will be severally responsible for determining the materiality of events or information and for making disclosures to the stock exchanges.
