Saints & Masters (S&M), a global technology advisory and execution firm focused on cloud services and AI‑led innovation, announced the acquisition of the entire stake in Xencia Technology Solutions, a Bengaluru‑based cloud and AI solutions provider. The transaction is positioned to expand S&M’s Microsoft cloud capabilities and accelerate its multi‑cloud AI delivery platform.

Strategic Revenue Objective

S&M stated that the acquisition underpins its ambition to achieve more than ₹1,000 crore in revenue from its Microsoft Cloud business over the next few years, signalling a targeted growth trajectory in the AI economy.

Workforce Expansion and Job Creation

The combined entity expects to create over 1,000 technology jobs as it scales engineering and delivery capabilities globally. Post‑acquisition, the workforce is projected to rise to 1,000 employees within two to three years, up from Xencia’s current team of more than 350 engineers and delivery professionals located in Bengaluru and Chennai.

Founded in 2010, Xencia brings deep expertise across the Microsoft cloud stack, holding eight Microsoft Advanced Specializations covering App Modernisation, Security, Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, and Data & AI. The firm is certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS, positioning it as one of India’s most credentialed Microsoft partners. Xencia serves over 500 cloud customers, employs more than 150 Azure‑certified professionals, and has completed more than 80 large datacentre migrations.

S&M operates in India and internationally, with a presence in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. The acquisition enhances its ability to deliver multi‑cloud AI solutions across these regions.

Prior Related Acquisitions

Earlier, S&M acquired Nubinix Technologies, a Kochi‑based specialised cloud infrastructure provider and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, which strengthened its cloud infrastructure capabilities and expanded its AWS service portfolio. Together, the two acquisitions reinforce S&M’s commitment to becoming a leading global provider of cloud, AI, and digital transformation services.
