Acquisition Overview

Saints & Masters (S&M), a global technology advisory and execution firm focused on cloud services and AI‑led innovation, announced the acquisition of the entire stake in Xencia Technology Solutions, a Bengaluru‑based cloud and AI solutions provider. The purchase adds deep Microsoft capabilities to S&M’s multicloud practice.

Financial and Strategic Targets

S&M stated that the acquisition is central to its strategy to scale its Microsoft cloud, AI and digital transformation offerings for clients in India and overseas. It is targeting revenue of more than ₹1,000 crore from its Microsoft Cloud business over the next few years, positioning itself as a key enabler of the AI economy.

Employment Impact

The combined organization expects to create over 1,000 technology jobs during the same period. Xencia currently employs a team of more than 350 engineers and delivery professionals based in Bengaluru and Chennai; post‑integration, the total workforce is projected to exceed 1,000 employees within two to three years.

Xencia’s Capabilities and Credentials

Founded in 2010, Xencia brings extensive Microsoft expertise, including eight Microsoft Advanced Specializations covering App Modernization, Security, Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure and Data & AI. The firm holds ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and PCI DSS certifications, underscoring its security posture. It serves over 500 cloud customers, employs more than 150 Azure‑certified professionals, and has completed more than 80 large datacentre migrations.

Integration and Geographic Reach

S&M operates across India and internationally, with a presence in North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. The acquisition integrates Xencia’s Microsoft Azure expertise with S&M’s existing hyperscaler and OEM partnerships, creating a full‑spectrum multi‑cloud AI delivery capability for enterprises.

Prior Acquisitions

The Xencia deal follows S&M’s earlier acquisition of Nubinix Technologies, a Kochi‑based specialised cloud infrastructure provider and AWS Advanced Tier Partner, which strengthened S&M’s cloud infrastructure capabilities and expanded its AWS service offerings.
