Director Qualifications and Background

Mr. Rama Kant Sharma: Graduate in Law and PGDBA in HR. Started entrepreneurial journey in security services in 1991, now heads the diversified b4S Group spanning telecom tower O&M, manpower outsourcing, auto dealerships, manufacturing (automotive/agri parts and packaging), and hospitality. Joined SAL Automotive Limited board in February 2016 and actively spearheads strategic decisions.

Mr. Uttam Sahay: Ph.D. in Business Management, MBA, PG Diploma in HRM, M.A. in Public Administration, and BA in Political Science. Over 30 years of experience as Head of HR for multiple regions with Vodafone Idea Ltd and Aditya Birla Group (2005-2019). Previously worked with Jindal Vijay Nagar Steels (Bangalore) and Escotel Mobile Communication Ltd. Served as director of Moreish Foods Ltd responsible for HR, Business Strategy, and New Projects.
