The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 24, 2026 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
