Salesforce Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit Highlights
Salesforce, the #1 agentic CRM, concluded the third edition of its Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The virtual summit attracted more than 35,000 registrations from across India and delivered 30 sessions featuring Salesforce leaders, customers, industry experts and partners.
The agenda focused on moving organisations from AI experimentation to responsible, enterprise‑wide adoption. Sessions covered AI across the customer journey, data governance, and measurable AI outcomes, including a panel with Deloitte, Grant Thornton Bharat, KPMG and PwC discussing governance and data readiness. Masterclasses illustrated how intelligence can be turned into influence to build enterprise success with AI.
A key highlight was a leadership conversation with former Indian cricket captain and coach Rahul Dravid, who shared lessons on resilience, adaptability, teamwork and sustained performance, drawing parallels to the challenges of AI‑led transformation.
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director, Salesforce India, said India is already digital and the next phase requires moving from pilots to performance, from disconnected channels to connected customer moments, and from automation to intelligent orchestration. He emphasized that trusted data, AI agents and empowered people must operate as one system, and that the winning enterprise will be the one with the clearest customer truth and the ability to act on it.
Rishabh Chhajer, Vice‑President – IT & Cybersecurity at Allen Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., explained that the institute is consolidating regional teams and engagement channels onto a unified Salesforce platform, shifting from fragmented campaigns to connected, measurable student journeys, thereby enhancing engagement with prospective students and their families.
Now in its third edition, the summit has become an annual platform for Indian business leaders to exchange ideas, learn from transformation stories and explore emerging growth approaches. The event reinforces Salesforce’s commitment to helping Indian enterprises put trusted AI to work and translate innovation into meaningful customer and business outcomes.
