Salesforce Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit – AI‑Led Customer Experience

Salesforce, the leading agentic CRM provider, successfully concluded the third edition of its Great India Sales, Marketing & Service Summit on 27 August 2026. The virtual summit attracted more than 35,000 registrations from across India and comprised 30 curated sessions that brought together Salesforce executives, customers, industry experts and technology partners.

The agenda was built around moving organisations from AI experimentation to responsible, enterprise‑wide adoption. Sessions covered topics such as “From Campaigns to Conversions: AI Across the Customer Journey,” and featured masterclasses on turning intelligence into influence. Governance, data readiness and measurable AI outcomes were discussed in panels with Deloitte, Grant Thornton Bharat, KPMG and PwC.

A marquee highlight was a leadership conversation with former Indian cricket captain and coach Rahul Dravid, who shared lessons on resilience, adaptability, teamwork and sustained performance—paralleling the demands of AI‑led transformation for businesses.

Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director of Salesforce India, stated that India is already digital and the next phase requires enterprises to shift from pilots to performance, from fragmented channels to connected customer moments, and from simple automation to intelligent orchestration. He emphasized that the winning enterprise will be the one with the clearest customer truth and the ability to act on it.

Rishabh Chhajer, Vice President‑IT & Cybersecurity at Allen Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., explained that Salesforce enables the institute to unify regional teams and engagement channels onto a single platform, moving from fragmented campaigns to a more connected and measurable student journey, thereby supporting learners across India with greater scale and agility.

Now in its third edition, the summit has become an annual platform for Indian business leaders to exchange ideas, learn from transformation stories and explore emerging growth approaches. Salesforce reiterated its commitment to helping Indian enterprises deploy trusted AI and translate innovation into tangible customer and business outcomes.
