Financial and Strategic Context
The Environmental Clearance constitutes a prior regulatory approval required for implementation of the proposed 30 MW Captive Power Plant, pursuant to the outcome of the Board Meeting held on May 09, 2026. The proposed project entails an investment of INR 1,500 million.

The EC is subject to the specific and general conditions stipulated therein and to the applicable statutory approvals, consents and permissions required under other applicable laws. The EC letter does not state a separate fixed validity period in the approval letter.
