Agreement Details

Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited has executed a Services Agreement dated October 30, 2026 with Mr. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and SRT Sports Management Private Limited (representing Mr. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar).

The purpose of the agreement is for endorsement, promotion, advertisement and marketing of the Company's Steel, Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel Products under the brand "Sambhv".

The agreement is for a period of five (5) years with effect from December 07, 2026.

Significant Terms and Relationships

• No shareholding exists in the entity with whom the agreement is executed
• The parties are not related to promoter/promoter group/group companies in any manner
• The transaction does not fall within related party transactions
• The agreement did not contain any clauses regarding Nominee Directors on the Board of the Company
• There was no potential conflict of interest arising out of the Agreement
• No issuance of shares to the parties is involved
