SAMHI Hotels Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 3rd November 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the company's Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2026 and for the six-month period ended 30th September 2026. The results will be presented on both Standalone and Consolidated basis.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
Additionally, the company has implemented a Trading Window closure for dealing in the company's shares in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window has been closed since 1st October 2026 and will remain closed until the expiry of two trading days after the declaration of the financial results. The company had previously intimated this Trading Window closure to the exchanges on 24th September 2026.
