SAMHI Hotels Signs Noida Hotel Lease with Ingka

SAMHI Hotels subsidiary signed a lease agreement with Ingka Centres for a ~162-room upscale hotel in Noida's 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use development.
The project follows a capital-efficient long-term variable lease model with Ingka providing building shell and SAMHI handling interior fit-outs.
This partnership strengthens SAMHI's Delhi NCR presence, adding to its existing Hyatt Place and Holiday Inn Express properties in the region.
The hotel will be part of Ingka Centres' retail-led Meeting Places concept, targeting captive demand from the mixed-use ecosystem.
