SAMHI Hotels Limited disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Duet India Hotels (Navi Mumbai) Private Limited, has received a Commencement Certificate from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), a Government of Maharashtra undertaking.
The certificate is dated 9 October 2026 and authorizes the subsidiary to carry out development work and obtain a Building Permit under Section 45 of the MR&TP Act, 1966 for erecting a proposed commercial hotel building.
The development pertains to assets situated in Navi Mumbai, specifically on Plot No. D-236 and D-237, in T.T.C. Industrial Area.
The commencement/building permit is subject to certain conditions and requisite environmental clearance. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
