SAMHI Hotels Subsidiary Signs Noida 162-Room Hotel Lease

SAMHI Hotels subsidiary executed a long-term lease agreement for a proposed 162-room upscale hotel in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The lease covers 15,022 square meters within a mixed-use development project being constructed by INGKA Centres India.
Rent will be calculated as a percentage of net revenue from hotel operations, with additional utility and service charges.
The transaction supports SAMHI's capital-efficient growth strategy and expands its presence in core markets.
