The allotment increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹231.97 crore divided into 115.89 crore fully paid shares.
Total money realized from the exercise of options amounted to ₹2.32 crore across three different exercise price tiers.
The new shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares and carry no lock-in period.
