The Board of Directors meeting will be held on Saturday, 04 July 2026 at the registered office of the company to consider:

• Draft Scheme of Reorganization/Rearrangement of Share Capital of the Company
• Any other business with the permission of the Chair

Trading Window Closure

As per Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct:

• Trading window closed on 30 June 2026 until 48 hours after the board meeting (until 06 July 2026)
• Closure applies to all connected persons/officers/designated employees/insiders/directors and their immediate relatives

Additional Trading Window Closure

As previously intimated, the trading window shall remain closed from 01 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
