Samvardhana Motherson International Limited and its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Motherson Global Investments B.V. (MGI B.V.) executed a Term Facility Agreement with BNP Paribas on October 29, 2026.
Facility amount: EUR 75,000,000 (Euro Seventy Five Million)
The Company is required to issue a corporate guarantee in favor of BNP Paribas for the facility availed by MGI B.V.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
The guarantee shall become effective within 6 months from the date of disbursement of the first tranche of the loan
Completion of agreed conditions subsequent as per the Agreement is required for activation
Company's potential liability under the guarantee is capped at 105% of the facility amount, amounting to EUR 78,750,000 (Euro Seventy Eight Million and Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand)
Maximum validity of guarantee extends up to February 28, 2032
The guarantee shall remain in force in accordance with the terms of the Agreement
