Samyak International CIN Change After Object Clause Alteration

Samyak International Limited has formally intimated BSE Limited about a change in its Corporate Identification Number (CIN) resulting from the alteration of the Object Clause of the Company's Memorandum of Association.

The alteration to the Object Clause was approved by the Company's shareholders during the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Following shareholder approval, the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has officially approved and recorded this alteration.

As a consequence of this corporate action, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has allotted a new Corporate Identification Number to the Company. The CIN change details are as follows:
