Mr. Agnes will lead the setting up and operationalization of Sancode Semi's greenfield Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility at Info Valley – II, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on the 20 acres allotted by IDCO. His responsibilities include facility design, equipment selection and installation, process and customer qualification, and ramp-up to commercial production. He will report to the Board of Directors of Sancode Semi.

Mr. Jerry A. Agnes is a semiconductor industry executive with over 35 years of global leadership experience in building and scaling semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing operations.

Previous Roles:

  • CG Semi Private Limited (2024–2026): Chief Executive Officer and Director - Joined at inception to set up one of India's first OSAT facilities under the India Semiconductor Mission. Grew the organization from a five-member founding team to over 300 employees. Led the project from concept through factory construction, customer qualification and commercial production, with the first manufacturing facility completed within eight months of groundbreaking.
  • Amkor Technology Philippines Inc. (1989–2014): Country Manager & President - Over 25 years rose through roles in process engineering and operations to lead one of Amkor's largest global manufacturing operations. Held P&L responsibility for operations exceeding USD 700 million in annual revenue, serving 75 customers with a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
  • Other experience includes Senior Semiconductor Consultant at KKM Works (2016–2024), President of Airfreight 2100 (2014–2016), and process engineering leadership roles at Advanced Micro Devices, Analog Devices Inc. and Dynetics Inc.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Radio & Electronics Engineering from FEATI University, Manila, Philippines.
