Mr. Vikas Puri has stepped down from his responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer – Automotive Business and Head of the Automotive Business Group
The company acknowledged his leadership, dedication, and valuable contributions toward the growth and development of the Automotive Business Group
Mr. Puri continues to remain a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company

Mr. Som Prakash Kamboj has been elevated to the position of Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Dy. COO) effective 13th June, 2026
Mr. Kamboj will head the Automotive Business Group on an interim basis
Described as a seasoned leader with extensive industry and organizational experience
Will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure seamless business continuity and sustained growth of the Automotive Business Group
