Dividend Details

  • The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of INR 4.00 per equity share (face value INR 10 each) for FY 2025-26 at their meeting on 21st May, 2026.
  • Dividend payment is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
  • Record date for determining eligible shareholders: Friday, September 11, 2026.
  • Dividend will be taxable in shareholders' hands for Tax Year: 2026-27.

TDS Procedures and Requirements

Resident Shareholders

  • With valid PAN: 10% TDS rate, unless aggregate dividend during Tax Year 2026-27 does not exceed Rs. 10,000 for resident individual shareholders
  • Without PAN/Invalid PAN: 20% TDS rate
  • Form 121 submission: Resident individual shareholders can submit Form 121 (Declaration for receipt of dividend without deduction of Tax) through depository participants (NSDL or CDSL) or directly to RTA by Tuesday, September 15, 2026

Exempt Entities (With Required Documentation)

  • Insurance Companies (with specified declaration and IRDAI registration)
  • Mutual Funds (eligible for exemption under Section 11 of Schedule VII)
  • Alternative Investment Funds (Category I/II AIFs registered with SEBI)
  • New Pension System Trust
  • Corporations established by Central Act with tax exemption

Non-Resident Shareholders

  • FIIs/FPIs: 20% TDS plus applicable surcharge and cess
  • Other Non-residents: 20% TDS plus applicable surcharge and cess
  • Tax Treaty Benefits: Non-resident shareholders can avail lower DTAA rates by submitting:
  • Self-attested PAN copy (or personal details if PAN unavailable)
  • Tax Residency Certificate (valid for FY 2026-27)
  • E-filed Form 41 (valid for April 2026 to March 2027)
  • Self-declaration of treaty eligibility and beneficial ownership
  • Additional requirements for Singapore tax residents regarding Article 24 limitation

Documentation Deadline

All required documents must be uploaded to RTA MUFG Intime India Private Limited's Service Request Portal by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Documents received only from registered email IDs will be accepted.

Additional Provisions

  • For joint shareholders, the first-named shareholder must furnish requisite documents
  • Rule 203 declaration available for cases where dividend is received by one person but assessable by another
  • Shareholders advised to update bank account details in demat records for timely dividend credit
