Investment Details
Sandhar Technologies Limited has completed an investment of INR 1.62 crore in Clean Renewable Energy HR 1B Private Limited (SPV) on 12th October, 2026. The investment was made through subscription to equity shares of the SPV.
This investment follows the execution of a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement (SSSHA) between Hero Rooftop Energy Private Limited, Sandhar Technologies Limited, and Clean Renewable Energy HR 1B Private Limited, which was previously intimated to the stock exchanges on 2nd July, 2026 (reference no. STL/SE/2026-2027/Regulation 30/20).
Strategic Purpose
The investment is intended to:
