Sandhar Technologies' Board approved a proposal to set up an automotive assembling/manufacturing facility in Mexico on March 26, 2026.
The expansion will be via a branch office, wholly owned subsidiary, or other permissible entity under Mexican law.
Detailed Regulation 30 disclosure will follow upon finalization of structure and receipt of all regulatory approvals.
