Annual Report Distribution

In compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Notice of AGM and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 are being sent only by electronic mode to shareholders whose email address is registered with Depository Participants (DP) or the Company/Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA).

Regulatory References and KYC Update

This communication serves as a reminder to shareholders to update their KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6, 2026. The circular mandates listed companies to record PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature for security holders holding physical securities.

Security holders holding physical securities without updated PAN, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signature are eligible for payments (dividend, interest, redemption) only through electronic mode effective from April 17, 2024.
