Sandur Manganese received BSE approval for delisting 45,000 NCDs (ISIN INE149K07013) effective 24 March 2026.
The NCDs were 11% secured, redeemable, rupee-denominated instruments of ₹94,000 each, totalling ~₹42.3 crore face value.
Delisting follows early redemption of NCDs prior to maturity, disclosed via letter dated 9 March 2026.
