Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company:
- The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company was closed for designated persons
- Closure period: From 1st October, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026
