Sanofi India 70th AGM Approves ₹123 Dividend

Sanofi India held its 70th AGM on 29th April 2026 to approve financial statements and resolutions.
Shareholders declared a final dividend of ₹48 per share, following an interim dividend of ₹75 per share.
The AGM approved the appointment of new Independent Directors and material related party transactions.
Chairman Aditya Narayan concluded his tenure, with Rahul Bhatnagar set to succeed him from 30th April.
