Sansera Engineering ESOP Grant and Share Allotment

Sansera Engineering's NRC approved grant of 25,000 stock options at Rs. 1,699.20 per option under ESOP 2018 on March 29, 2026.
1,07,780 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each were allotted on exercise of vested options, ranking pari passu with existing shares.
Post-allotment total issued shares stand at 6,23,32,048, with total share capital at Rs. 12,46,64,096.
