Sansera Engineering JV Allots 40% Stake to Nichidai

Key Event and Timeline

This disclosure provides an update on the joint venture previously intimated to the exchanges on January 29, 2026 and February 25, 2026. The Joint Venture Agreement was executed between Nichidai Corporation and Sansera Engineering Limited (the Company).
