Santosh Fin Fab Board to Consider Company Secretary Change

Santosh Fin Fab's board will meet on April 13, 2026, to consider the resignation of the company secretary and appoint a new one.
The board will consider accepting the resignation of Ms. Niti Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
The board will also consider appointing Ms. Radha Sharma as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
